This series is a personal study about visual approaches and influences between painting and photography. I play with abstractions and textures trying to investigate the similarity between brush paintings on canvas, pencil drawings on paper and photography. In the complexity of reality we are already surrounded by pieces of art, full of harmony, colors, balance and emotion. Fotomalerei represents one of my first aesthetic photo researches.
